MKM is actively leading the subdivision, sale, and future development of a 2-acre parcel in Simi Valley, partnering with Lighthouse Church and investors to deliver an 80-unit apartment community that supports both local housing needs and the church’s long-term vision.

MKM is currently serving as land developer, investor, and broker in a strategic land subdivision and sale that is helping Lighthouse Church secure the funding needed to build a future worship center and sanctuary. In addition to managing the subdivision and sale of a 2.02-acre parcel, MKM is partnering with investors to design a long-term master plan aligned with the church’s vision. The subdivided parcel is being positioned for the development of an 80-unit apartment community, thoughtfully planned to complement the surrounding neighborhood and create long-term value for both Lighthouse and the broader Simi Valley community.
